Balxurma is a food-processing enterprise that transforms persimmons collected from local orchards into a variety of finished products. Its production range includes dried persimmons as well as chocolate-coated persimmon products. In addition to persimmons, the company produces dried kiwi, plums, apples and strawberries. Made using locally sourced fruit, the products are intended both for the domestic market and for export to international markets.
