How to apply for the guarantee and subsidy mechanism?
For entrepreneurs wishing to use the guarantee and subsidy mechanism of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy, the application process is carried out electronically. An entrepreneur wishing to benefit from the guarantee and subsidy provided on business loans accesses the e-gov.az portal through any internet browser and selects “All services” in the “Entrepreneur services” section. From the list that opens, the entrepreneur selects the “Electronic Credit and Guarantee Information System” among the Ministry of Economy’s services, proceeds to the system, and logs in using one of the available electronic signature tools.
After logging in, the entrepreneur selects the TIN (VÖEN) for which they wish to apply and goes to their personal page. When the “Preferential loan” section is selected among the credit products offered by the Fund, an electronic application form opens. Information about the credit product, the business entity and its manager is automatically displayed in the form. The entrepreneur indicates the project’s field of activity, name and purpose, the total duration and amount of the project, as well as the requested loan amount.
Next, the entrepreneur selects the authorized credit institution to which they will apply from the list provided, and specifies the loan term and grace period. The application then continues with the actual address, the address where the project will be implemented, work and mobile phone numbers, and an email address. For the property on which the project will be carried out, the registration and registry number is entered into the system, or the relevant document for that property is uploaded.
After all information has been entered, the entrepreneur can save the application and re-check and correct the information before sending it. Once the accuracy of the information is confirmed, the application is submitted electronically. In the subsequent stages of the application, the entrepreneur can track its status through the “Electronic Credit and Guarantee” information system.
