Shahbulag Mining is an industrial enterprise engaged in the extraction and processing of limestone from the Shahbulag deposit in the Aghdam district. The project produces sawn stone and, together with the cement facility operating in Khojaly, supplies cement products for use across the construction sector. The company’s building materials support the extensive reconstruction and restoration activities underway in Karabakh. By utilizing local mineral resources, the project contributes to expanding regional production capacity and meeting the growing demand for essential construction materials.
