ABDF establishes a joint manufacturing facility with Lithuania’s Dominari

As part of the cooperation between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABDF) and Lithuania’s Dominari company, a furniture components manufacturing project will be implemented in the Jabrayil district.

ABDF will hold a 21% stake in the newly established joint venture, East Components Company LLC. The enterprise will operate within the Araz Valley Economic Zone Industrial Park. Dominari will act as the project’s principal investor, equipment supplier, provider of technical expertise and manufacturing know-how, as well as the guaranteed buyer of the products. This cooperation model is designed to ensure stable market access from the initial stage of the project.

The project has a total value of AZN 9.8 million. During its first phase, a specialised wooden furniture components manufacturing facility is planned to be established on a 1.77-hectare site. Once the enterprise becomes operational, approximately 70 new jobs are expected to be created.

The project aims to contribute to initiatives focused on expanding industrial production in the liberated territories, developing the non-oil sector, and creating new employment opportunities.
